Life Sciences WA is accepting applications for the role of Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator.

Life Sciences WA is the peak body for the life sciences in Western Australia. 


If you are passionate about event planning, fostering collaboration, driving growth, and promoting innovation within the life sciences industry, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.


We are looking for a part-time person to work with us for 2 - 3 hours a day to help grow Life Sciences WA, the equivalent of 0.25 FTE position. The contract term will be one-year contract with the possibly of extension. You will need to be able to meet in person with the CEO weekly, so we are looking for a person in Perth, but you can work from home. 

Working hand-in-hand with the CEO and committee members of the organisation, the responsibilities of this role include:


  • Social Media and website refresh and maintenance, including developing and executing a comprehensive strategy, curating content, monitoring data and responding to enquiries.

  • Skills and experience to design and produce content for newsletters, social media, presentations and reports

  • Event and conference planning and management, including developing an event strategy, coordinating all aspects of event planning and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Membership and sponsorship growth and engagement, including developing and executing strategies, fostering relationships and acting as a point of contact for members.
